Monday Mantra

The origin of the word Mantra is “an instrument of thought”. For most people Monday is the worst day of the week, I’m no exception believe me I have had my share of bad Mondays. What I have really found is that what happens on Monday can really set the tone for the whole week. So I have started a challenge where I set a goal every Monday for the week and treat it as my instrument of thought throughout the week. The goal could be anything as long as it helps me towards my long-term goal of finding balance in health and life. I challenge you to take these goals with me and update me on your progress on your journey to finding balance in health and life.
